The mission is to serve and assist people to transform and find the best ways to fulfill their lives. In times of stress and trauma, people need access to caring, compassionate, well trained, and experienced clinicians to help guide them. For those who are looking to improve their state of well being, the post traumatic growth arena is exciting and one of my favorite areas to work in that helps others take their lives to another level. This includes learning self-compassion, empathy, kindness, and making meaning of what life has given in terms of experiences. This is where our growth lies. We can reach our best selves by challenging our barriers and making new pathways to greatness!!
